Each week I do my best to address your mental health concerns with a free newsletter, Humblecare. I also share my insights on mental health, therapy, and self-improvement, all grounded in the latest research.

Here are some of the latest articles I've written. You can find all of my content on Substack. You can expect a new post every few weeks.

But, why a newsletter?

Sometimes therapy isn't always feasible

The newsletter can’t ever replace therapy, but my hope is that it can help build, lift and encourage you (and me) to live better lives. Once you're subscribed, all you need to do is reply to the newsletter with your mental health questions, and I'll do my best to answer in subsequent editions.

The newsletter helps you get a feel for me

Finding a therapist that's right for you can be a challenge. The newsletter is a great way for you to get a feel for me through my writing - to see if I'd be a good fit.

Not quite ready for therapy?

The newsletter, Humblecare, is a great low-commitment option to get a little extra support, and a reminder that you're not alone.

I prioritize your privacy and I will never sell your information. And of course, you can unsubscribe at any time.
