Sometimes therapy isn't always feasible

The newsletter can’t ever replace therapy, but my hope is that it can help build, lift and encourage you (and me) to live better lives. Once you're subscribed, all you need to do is reply to the newsletter with your mental health questions, and I'll do my best to answer in subsequent editions.

Finding a therapist that's right for you can be a challenge. The newsletter is a great way for you to get a feel for me through my writing - to see if I'd be a good fit.
